Until 13 July, TalkTalk are offering their entry-level Fast Broadband package for £17 a month. The 12-month plan has an average download speed of 11Mbits/sec with unlimited data usage. That’s ideal for couples or small families looking to stream their favourite movies, stay updated on their social media or browse the web.
Fast Broadband is the UK’s cheapest fixed-price package, so you can kick back and relax knowing that you won’t fall victim to any mid-contract price hikes. And for a limited time only, you’ll get free setup and line rental, saving you a £96 in total.
2. Unlimited Fibre Broadband
Duration: 18 months | Average download speed: 35Mbits/sec | Monthly cost: £22.50 | Equipment cost: £9.95 (down from £30) | Line rental: Included for free
Need a speed boost? Upgrade to the Unlimited Fibre Broadband package and stay connected with more devices at the same time. The plan’s average download speed of 35Mbits/sec is suited to large families, university flats or if you simply find that standard, entry-level packages don’t offer the speed you need. And since new hardware gets released rarely, we think it’s worth mentioning that you’ll be enjoying a faster fibre connection thanks to TalkTalk’s all-new Wi-Fi hub.
Like the Fast Broadband service above, there’s a fixed price for the entirety of the contract, you’ll have an unlimited data limit and free line rental. They’ve also knocked the equipment cost down from £30 to £9.95. The catch? The 18-month plan is only available for £22.50 a month until 13 July.
