The Festive period may be over, but that doesn’t mean great tech deals have disappeared as well. Here we’re rounding up some of the best bargains 2017 has thrown up so far, so you can start the New Year in the best way possible.
Just like Black Friday, the January sales will see discounts and slashed prices on pretty much everything, but you’ll also find some incredible deals on technology too. Not only is Amazon getting in on the deals, but you’ll find savings at John Lewis, Currys PC World, Argos, and even the likes of Microsoft’s own online store.

Best 2017 tech deals
£150 off this Samsung 4K, HDR TV
If you own a 4K, HDR console like the Xbox One S or the PS4 Pro, the Samsung UE49KS7000 should be one of the TVs at the top of your hit list. Thanks to a super thin panel and almost non-existent bezels, it’s certainly one of the best looking televisions around right now – but it’s also got a host of other useful features. It has by far one of the best input lag times on the market, and that basically means your games won’t be held back by your display. The KS7000 cost was reduced to around £879 during Black Friday 2016, but now you can pick it up for £30 less at Currys.

Sony 5.1 soundbar (was £299.99, now £179.99)
Although they’re often overlooked, sound bars represent one of the best ways to upgrade your living room set up. Because flat screen TVs are so thin nowadays they don’t always give you great sound – and that’s where something like the Sony HT-RT3 comes in. Featuring 600W of power – 100W for each channel, and a wired subwoofer, the Sony will give your films and games the sound they deserve.

We’ve seen some great PS4 bundles around, but this has to be one of the best. Not only do you get two great, family suitable games, you also get a two month Sky Cinema NowTV pass. That basically means you’re getting two months of the best films around two blast away the January blues.
