The Moto G7 has just dropped to its cheapest ever price in the Amazon Prime Day sales. The two-day sales extravaganza has finally kicked off, ushering in a long list of smartphone savings, but this Motorola Moto G7 deal is arguably the best of the bunch.

Motorola hit a rich vein of form with its Moto G-series of phones, and its seventh iteration is certainly no different. Our favourite phone for buyers on a small budget, the Moto G7 represents a significant improvement over its predecessor, with a vastly improved camera and speedier internals, although it initially cost £20 more than last year’s phone when it launched.
But with a healthy £40 price cut in the Amazon Prime Day sales, the Moto G7 offers even better value for money than ever before. For one day only – the deal ends at midnight on 15 July – the Moto G7 can be picked up for a mere £180, representing a total saving of 18%.
If you’re hoping to spend even fewer pennies on a new smartphone, and don’t mind picking up a slightly older handset, then last year’s Moto G6 is also the cheapest it’s ever been at only £140. It isn’t quite as swish as its younger brother, but the Moto G6 still provides plenty of must-have features for not much money.
Of course, you have to be a Prime member to take advantage of these discounts. If you aren’t already a member and making good use of next-day delivery, exclusive Prime Video TV shows and Amazon Pantry, you can sign up for a Prime membership using a limited-time offer that’s available during Prime Day.
Usually costing £79 a year, as long as you sign up before 16 July you can grab an annual Prime membership for only £59. Once you’ve done that, and should you fancy taking a look at all the other discounted products on Amazon’s storefront, you can take a look at our regularly curated page of the best Prime Day deals.
